Methodology
Armadillo employs an established project management methodology to deliver results on time and on quality.
Definition
Each project process is defined with key inputs and outputs, together with specific objectives and activities to be carried out. In practice, Armadillo projects are based on integrating leading connectivity and security technologies, which allow us to focus our project plans on delivering tangible results, rather than the planning activity itself.
Measurement
During a typical engagement, Armadillo helps customers to stress test a project business case which defines the justification, commitment and rationale for the project deliverable or outcome. Once set, it's not rocket science - all Armadillo's activity and results are then measured against this business case, at every step of the way.
Communication
There are different groups of people involved in projects: the customer, one or more suppliers, and the end user. Armadillo's project methodology brings a common language to the table to help these diverse groups communicate effectively. All Armadillo projects bring a flexible framework that is geared to working for the customer, and integrating everyone's best commercial interests.
Benefits
Armadillo's project management methodology aims to control the use of resources and to manage business and project risk more effectively. Specific benefits include:
- A controlled and organised start, middle and end
- Regular reviews of progress against plan and against the business case
- Flexible decision points
- Automatic management control of any deviations from the plan
- The involvement of management and stakeholders at the right time and place during the project
- Good communication channels between the project, project management, and the rest of the organisation
